To obtain a license for your dog — Send proof of current rabies vaccination, a self-addressed stamped envelope, and a check payable to the Town of Lincoln. Send to -

Dog license fees must be a SEPARATE CHECK AND ENVELOPE from your taxes and are due by January 31 each year. All dogs need a license and rabies vaccination. Rabies Certificates are only needed for new licenses. All certificates are kept on file until they expire. Licenses paid after January 31 must be paid to the Forest County Clerk and they will issue the license.
