The Town of Lincoln is under Forest County Zoning & Land Conservation.
BUILDING PERMITS are issued by the Forest County Zoning Department.

FIRE NUMBERS — Replacement Fire Number Signs are issued and installed by the Town of Lincoln. Send a check for $60 and indicate your fire number and any special instructions as to where you would like it to be placed to:

New Fire Numbers are issued by the Forest County Zoning Department.
DRIVEWAY PERMITS are issued by the Town of Lincoln. Permits must be filed prior to installation of driveway or a fine will be issued. For more information, contact Lynne Black at 715-478-3103.

UTILITY PERMITS are required prior to any work in Town Rights-of-Way. Permits will be issued per road. Insurance Certificates must be on file prior to work. There will be no plowing through driveways or town roads. All town rights-of-way, town roads and shoulders will be restored as good or better than condition prior to work being done.
